Kelp has many therapeutic and nutritional benefits, containing an abundance of essential vitamins and minerals, including potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin B-12 + antioxidants, fibre, proteins, and more. Studies show that sea plants like kelp are 10x more mineral-rich than land plants/vegetables.

Most importantly, kelp is naturally abundant with an essential mineral primarily void in modern diets - iodine. The body does not make iodine; it can only be received through the diet. Iodine deficiencies are on the rise due to iodine antagonists, chlorine and fluoride; both found in drinking water, swimming pools and even toothpaste. Due to this deficiency, we are seeing poorly functioning thyroid and thyroid diseases rising rapidly.

Other studies reveal kelp to be beneficial for:

  • Immune Health

  • Fertility

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Renal Health

  • Inflammation

  • Skin Care

  • Weight Management

  • Diabetes

  • Anti-oxidant Support

Including a whole food source of iodine in the diet will help improve the metabolism and energy levels.

Certified organic Wild kelp, sourced from Tasmanian waters.

Australian grown, made, and owned.

We offer powdered kelp instead of seaweed capsules just to keep it affordable. We recommend 1 tsp daily. You can start slow and work your way up, you can even begin high and taper the dosage down. Keep an eye on any reactions and tune into your symptoms. Add kelp into bone broths or miso soups, stocks or soups and sprinkle onto rice, noodle and fish dishes.
