Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 days working days. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped out on the Monday. Delivery times will vary, but will usually take 5-10 working days in the current climate.

What are the shipping and handling costs?

All orders over $150 are shipped for free! Any orders under $150 are charged at a flat rate of $11.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping is not offered on the website at this time, if you would like to make an international order please get in contact and we can sort out a separate invoice.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of the products offered, we are unable to accept returns for food or supplements. If you have ordered something by mistake or wish to add to or withdraw something from an order, please get in touch ASAP so we can amend the order before it is shipped out.
