Directions for use:
Full body soak: Dissolve 1-2 cups of the salts in warm bath water, then soak for at least 20mins.
Foot soak: Dissolve 1/4-1/2 cup of the salts in a warm foot bath, then soak feet for at least 20mins.
Scrub: You can also use the salts as an exfoliator on your face and body to remove dirt, oil and impurities while promoting skin cell regeneration.
