BiCarb Soda 500g
Benefits of Bicarb: bicarb is generally either for the increase in the body’s bicarbonate ions (to buffer lactic acid production) or to neutralise stomach acid. If you want to get the bicarbonate into your body you probably want to take it when the volume of stomach acid is low (between meals). Bicarbonate (HCO3) reacts similarly to carbonate (CO3) in the presence of acid to form a salt (in this case sodium acetate), water and CO2. Judging by the quantities of vinegar and bicarb you are taking, it seems to me the benefits you are experiencing are coming from either the sodium or the acetate ions (not the bicarbonate since it disappears with the frothing in the glass). You are essentially supplementing with sodium acetate (there’s not much bicarb or ACV left).
Sodium bicarbonate, commonly known as baking soda or bicarbonate of soda.
Dr Ray Peat along with other physicians and researches have stated that supplementing with bicarb helps with issues such as inflammatory conditions and general inflammation, skin issues including rashes, and helps in improving CO2 in the body, plus more.
Increasing the production CO2 in the body is imperative for maintaing good health and a high functioning metabolism.
The importance of CO2:
"Hypothyroid people with low production of CO2, are very susceptible to stress-induced hyperventilation, and they are often in a state of physiological hyperventilation."
"Since CO2 has stabilizing effects in the brain, including relaxation of blood vessels, the loss of CO2 causes vasoconstriction, deficient delivery of O2 and glucose to the brain, leading to a decreased metabolic rate."
"Considering the crucial role of CO2 in preserving the integrity of cells, there should be more attention to suing it therapeutically--bag breathing (rebreathing expired air until the O2 in the bag is uncomfortably depleted), bathing in it (using a bag or tub of pure CO2), using carbogen (5%CO2 in O2) in hospitals for emergency resuscitation, and using carbonic anhydrase inhibitors such as acetazolamide in more situation, including psychiatric.
Direct use of CO2 is likely to be helpful in all situations that are known to be benefited by acetazolamide. These include brain edema, mountain sickness, osteoporosis, epilepsy, glaucoma, hyperactivity, inflammation, and arthiritis. Diabetes, cardiomyopathy, obesity, cancer, dementia, and psychosis are also likely to benefit." -Ray Peat Phd
Uses:
An effetive shampoo (dust on dry or make a paste, then rise off)
Can be used as an exfoliant and cleaser for body and face
Cleaning teeth
Mouthwash
General cleaning
Deodorant
Natural fruit and vegetable scrub to help wash away pesticides
Benefits:
Helps relief ingestion, heartburn, acid reflux etc.
Reduces Skin rashes
Promotes cardivascular health
Reduces mucus & inflammation in general in cells
Increasing Co2 when used as a bath soak along with salts
Soothes sores, bites stings
Improve exercise performance

Improves symptoms assiciated with rheumatoid arthritis and gout
Directions:
Take diluted in filtered water away from meals - 2 grams per day is reccomended for chronic inflammation.
Take ½ teaspoon to a glass of water to alleviate heartburn or reflux
Small dose diluted in water before exercise can minimise lactic acid build up in muscles
Add ½ cup with 1 cup of Epsom Salts or Dead Sea Salts to your foot bath to increase CO2 and detox potential
